THE VALUE OF STRATEGY AND ITS IMPLICATION ON LEADERSHIP, AS WELL AS ON THE STRATEGIST.

I discovered that leadership is a science and gift of God based on grace(s) and anointing(s) in which the divinely blessed, grace-alloted and humanly assigned roles do follow, obey and comply by the rule and mandate – ANOINTING IS A RELIABILITY.
Nevertheless, there are many forms of leadership as much as there are diverse intentions, forms, styles, desires, goals, objectives and actions as to the word, assignments, realms, areas and mountains they are to undertake, possess and claim to rule. And, the forms, styles and/or types of leadership often reflect in the kind of anointing, spirit, realms, knowledge, wisdom and understanding, and even the kind of friendship associations and connections the leader has or is building.
I learned that when a leader or leadership goes for an anointed strategist who has ability, skill and knowledge cum the blessed and imparted brains; such of the kind called – the Solomonic wisdom (1 Kings chapter 4, Exo 31 vs 1-5), their mission, people, families and subjects, and even things and happenings eventually enjoy life over the troubles, situations, issues and matters of life, love and lights of salvation, land and opportunities
So, if a great strategist wishes to have or pursue extraordinary leadership over people and things, he or she must lead from behind with a long-term vision, coordinates and targets based on certain tenets, people and things such as intentional focus and persistence, deliberate actions and willingness, intense practice, guidance and wealth-building attitude, skill and strength, places and locations, among others, for the enlightenment, engagement, and empowerment of people and things of families, groups, institutions and organisations, communities and neighbourhood and so forth. They have audacities and innovations of faith and hope, even if they do not have love.
However, the Character of the Strategy must firmly and consistently occupy the seat of Principles, Beliefs, and Practice, just as much as his conscience identifies, selects, comprehends, orients and aligns with what is righteous, purposeful, and humanly and divinely defined as respectful, responsible and honourable in their: – Strategys- Strategists- Values- Importances- Leadership
And, when organizational reorganizing within the strategy for management and leadership of the people and things is necessary, it is also crucial to incorporate, populate and practicalised the reviewed strategy into the Goals, Objectives and Strategies of the Action Plan of the Mission and Vision.
