I found out that for physical attractions, insights and intellectual competencies to appeal to Academia, Professionals and Policymakers, the beauty of Delivery, Policy and Knowledge of persons and certain groups are awesome aspects of life that command respect by such organisations, as well as by lecturers, intellectuals and technocrats. 

On the other hand, Entrepreneurs who function mostly on inspiration and grace, in many cases and situations, care less of grammar, procedures and fine-tuning of responsibility and resources. They mainly focus on the strategies and formulae that will develop and multiple fiscal outcomes, more than an administrative charge to improve on non-fiscal processes and structures, especially if they are looking for short-term gains.

But we must understand that the science, mysteries and secret of entrepreneurship is wrapped around a divine and inherent concept and purpose that the selected candidate can do that which is inspired in their spirit, soul and hearts but these persons often need much-loved, much desired and respectable helpers to support him or her to facilitate the systems of implementation that will cement their ideas based on their collective purpose of Hope.

However, the sequences and modalities of their performance, as designed within divine and human protocols, rules, and regulations, and as worked out within the allocated time and duration of even the trials, temptations and testing of their conscience and efforts. And this often call for the development of their qualities, natures, and characteristics of grace cum their integral blessings of faith, hope and love, and those of the teams they gather around them (Psalm 68 vs 11).

And although a person’s patience and endurance within their ranges and alloted amounts of TIME can be affected by their intensity, age, density, and personality, force, character, maturity of Hope, the exact purpose of Hope must first be defined. These elements of patience and endurance, however, can be  compromised, often limiting the science of success of efforts and prayers in a person, family and/or an organisation. 

The same is true for businesses or companies if an entrepreneur or businesses leader desires a steady development and progress chart. But one must consider the following important notes that facilitate excellent outcomes:

1. creation of excellent belief systems, operational plans and/or practices,

2. establishment of manager’s instructions (as in an administrative manual), 

3. adoption of a standard format for submitting business proposals, and request.

4. checking on the staff’s health, attitude and motivation behaviours, 

5. conduct customer feedback survey (staff and clients), 

6. daily improve customer service procedures and processes, 

7. Assess and review risk management on the business standards for evaluation and monitoring, among others. 

And in relation to progressive performance evaluation, the incharge and the firm, in consonance with the associated and assembled team or work force must work hard and smart achieve viability, visibility, functionality, and profitability. 

But you must principally ensure that:

A. The financial and accounting principles and procedures will generate financial liberty for business operations, management and development. 

B. The sales and customer support systems are in tune and working.

C. Additional staffing guidelines are drafted and required for the work on the following: 

1. sales management support; 

2. the sales cycle and market segmentation,

3. financial principles 

4. establishing pipelines 

5. forum for business interactions

6. status meetingss to clients and prospective businesses

7. identifying and concluding in-house simulations for on the field sales scenarios 

8. expertise knowledge transfers and capacity building of the organisational team

9. Customer service deliveries and functions.

And in the light of modern strategies for online business transactions, key businesses often seek to improve strategy and operations. However, one needs to improve often ignored departments which focuses on:

a. free cash flow, and cost benefit analyses of cost centers that market products and services. 

b. Evaluation and appraisals & monitoring of personnel recruitment, development, and promotion, and

c. logistics acquisition, depreciation projections and management.

So, in the matters of love, lights and life, just like in the ambition, advancements and cares of ministry, money, and marriage, there are often significant challenges as a result of lack of mobilization of revenue or income gaps, not keeping up with financial projections. This circumstance may even make a father envious of the success of his biological, adoptive, guardian, and spiritual sons and daughters who might be performing better than them in their aspirations.

But you can update knowledge from literature. Knowledge can also come from the realms, the written word, and gifts that are given in the spirit of divinity, the supernatural, and humanity. And remember, it is not always limited to what is written in books, manuals, and other written materials but as captured on the hope of growth.

I found out that, similar to how the devil and his followers can not have hope, nor practice it, doers of evil are often envious of a faithful man’s hopefulness. So, often times, these forces of darkness plot, agitate, and trouble believers who do or can grow Hope from their Faith and Love.  In order to keep them from realising the power that works inside their hearts and spirits, they scheme and enforce energies. All their actions is to lead estranged believers to forfeit their God-given wisdom, mandate amd mission so as to be fruitful, multiple, take dominion, and rule. 

But remember this – The Purpose of Hope, when stimulated, act to enable, entitle and motivate faithful believers to possess the divine blessings, enablements and entitlements of the things they have hoped for, even in the face of doubt, hassle and fear. This explains why the accounts and mandate in Hebrews 11:1-4 is clear, true and experiential. Pray!
