Nonetheless, you must continuously integrate your Strategy into the expectations, narratives, and outcomes of the Organizational Re-organization so that, as and when, the personal, family, and corporate Mission and Vision find relevance, stability, and growth of aspirations and assets, the three primary factors of leadership can be properly acquired, groomed and wisely invested into the strategy of the assignment, job, and/or work.

These three primary elements or tenets are as follows:

1. Capital; 

2. Human Resources

3. The Purpose Strategy.

This is why any person, thing, or organization seeking to implement and fulfill the operational strategy for good-to-great-to-outstanding results must clearly and objectively focus on his, her, or its Organizational Re-organization protocols and manuals (OR in HR) and then definitively and efficiently re-orient the person and/or people’s mindset to concentrate on the stated goals of three crucial strategic classifications.

I have understood that great strategies aid in the development of great ideologies and core values, but I have discovered that great people are defined and developed by revelations, just as great businesses are built on core principles and precepts. 

Thus, for Christian individuals, organizations, or businesses seeking to develop great leadership in their assignment and work management, their set principles must be sincerely and wholly built on the word of God, and out of the word of God for the various purposes of incorporation, either of that life purpose, ambitions, enterprise, cares, ministry, finances, marriage, family, venture, foundation, and/or of that business. And, in order to carry out the inspired mandate of that purpose of leadership correctly, one must clearly know, understand and define God’s calling, grace and anointing into that business or into that purposeful arena of life; be it in ministry, marriage, academia, industry, and all other things. 

Ideally, the mandated person knows or feels in his or her heart who he is, and this inspiration bubbles inherently in him or her being all the time. However, in order to understand the greatness of the strategy and the strategist, you must firfirstly erstand the following distinct leadership passages:

1. Work Values, Attitude, and Skills

2. Time Applications and Resource Management

3. Understanding of the Core Essentials

4. Pipelines Projects, Planning and Reporting

5. Establish objectives, goals, and action plans.

6. Evaluations, Appraisals, and Benefits

7. Meetings, Interactions, and Fellowships Forum, and so on.

Assuredly and convincingly, God never gives anyone the opportunity to lead on any assignment without providing the ability, skill, and knowledge of the strategy to make the job successful, but you must seek, find and know the details.

But, in order to select, project, quantify, and expand on the value of the strategy, the craftsmanship of the strategy and the strategist must be channeled through practical interactions, relationships, and fellowship with God and Man by the standards of the divinely given foundation that establishes the mandate of leadership and assignment. 

However, you must clearly define the following:

A. HOW TO SELECT, CENTER, AND PREPARE THE CORE PEOPLE FOR:

1. The Prayer Forum

2. Taking note of God’s word 

3. Identifying the Core Recruits

4. Choosing them based on Faith rather than Reasoning 

5. State your intention to lead.

B. WHY YOU SHOULD GROOM THE IDEAS, REASON, AND MOTIVATIONS FROM THE PURPOSE OF LEADERSHIP, AS WELL AS THE PROCESSES BETWEEN TIME AND CHANCE TO INCLUDE:

1. The Grooming Procedure

2. Fundamentals of Leadership

3. Always have a backup plan for the next leader 

4. Apply Scaled Strategy Exposition

5. Prepare the Anointed One or Thing for Service; minimum two years ahead of time.

6. Assess the Personality and test the Character of the Selected Strategist.

7. Pray and Confess God’s blessings over the leadership 

C. PRUNE, POLISH, AND MANIFEST THE DISCIPLE FOR LEADERSHIP THROUGH CODED AND YET SYSTEMATIC TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTAL OBJECTIVES:

1. To respect God, Family, People and Systems 

2. To ensure Mindset Regeneration, Restoration and Enhancement 

3. To Build and Construct of Personal and Group Attributes, Features and Benefits.

4. To submit to Preparation, Submission and Compliance priorities with Authority and Power.

5. Adjust and Mature into Developmental Stages, and so on. 

So in looking for collaboration and help to build great leadership, the Strategist and/or the Founder or Leader of any great business, venture and organisation or country must understand exactly why the visioneer started or is starting the system, country or business, and this, I have learned is imprinted on the visioneer’s heart right from birth, especially when he or she is anointed and appointed to be a business owner, trader, entrepreneur and/or leader.

Also, any Strategist must define his or her core values in order to be astute and competent through the training, development, schooling, mentoring, and/or apprenticeship process.  Thisisvery important and effective to ensure that the value of competence gained is not only book-centered but also one of great working experience and talent-based skills and knowledge. 

This is kind of strategist I will employ, if I need extra hands to effectively and efficiently run an opportunity and a blessing to lead, manage, rule and govern others to the glory of God. 

This is why I always recommend, during my lectures, counselling, preaching and advice that every personal, family, or business management person or team read my upcoming book – “Christ-Like Principles for Great Outcomes”, in which it is extrapolated clearly that the vital principles for great outcomes must be taught to general staff, managers, directors, and board members, and all workers of an organisation in order to reduce the impact and implications on leadership for any flawed strategy. 

So, to enhance the value and importance of strategy, and the strategist in leadership, no one must or can be left out in the training and development orientation and/or re-orientation; especially during the person, family or organization’s initial start-up and growth stages.

Thus, and as is common with the experts, for any highly esteemed leader or strategist, the act of imbibing the organization’s principles into commands (structures), then into decrees (strategy), and finally into laws (constitution) for team members must be fundamental and foundational – a kind of bottom to top and a top to bottom HR management. And, it must transcend through all stages of success, growth, and even pitfalls, issues and challenges. 

And the guidelines and manuals must be practiced through status meetings, position placement, transfers and portfolio rotations throughout the organization’s four growth stages. This exercise can be challenging, if not impossible. Nonetheless, I found out that with God, anything is possible. 

So, if you want to grow, and/or an organization to grow, remain sound in knowledge, intact in character, and progress supremely on one’s capacity and capabilities; performing outstandingly, then the constitution, mission statement or business plan with their various instructions and policies must be harmonized by conformity to its commands, decrees, and laws both by leadership; be it parents, children, as well as directors, managers, supervisors and general staff.

As a result, in the life of any person or organization, there comes a time when it must be reorganized in order to achieve exceptional results. That exceptional result may be necessary, and urgently required, to generate rapid growth even in the short term. That outstanding may also be desperately needed in the future. Then the exceptional results can spread throughout the organization and become the norm. 

To achieve this result, the groundwork for an outstanding outcome must be laid now, in the early stages. My book on Organizational Re-organization states and summarizes a defined strategy for creating an outstanding life, career, business, marriage, and many other areas by applying Christ-like principles for excellent performance. It is also about conducting business or living one’s life in the way that God intended.

This book depicts the writer’s vivid experiences with God and work. It also captures other fantastic experiences of other great people who were connected to the writer. This writer also thanks God for providing him with the wisdom to connect with such people and their graces, resources and anointings .

God rules in the affairs of men, and that mandate includes an authority over our lives and businesses. Therforez if any personal life, family, business, ministry, or national development strategist is focused on excellence in leadership, then it must be on the right criteria of Organizational Re-organizing tactics, which essentially outline two principles of doing business, ruling a people, and living one’s life according to God’s word, God’s way, and God’s will. 

The stated strategies in my book that also develops leadership  and preaches sound leadership will guide and direct you to know that, aside outstanding and praiseworthy human resources, capital and strategic classifications of leadership styles, forms and types:

1. God directs you as a Person, Pioneer, Family, Director, Manager, and so on as to “where to place who, and what to add to who”.

2. God “directs and leads the affairs” of your life or the organization as He repositions you, the company, its employees, and many others in their rightful place for outstanding results…. To be cont’d.
