ORGANIZING ONE’S MANDATE EFFECTIVELY WITH A GODLY MINDSET.

A kiss on a cheek can mean more than love. So, to get it right on any inherent reason or intent for showcasing of affection or inner feeling, every spiritually endowed person must intuit and discern “The Reason for The Purpose” for one’s Beliefs, Thoughts and Actions
The commanded word, purpose, vision, mission and strategic direction of an effective person, ministry or business are driven by a variety of anointings, core values, core philosophies, strength, wisdom, blessings, and other characteristics.
Every believer-entrepreneur must focus his policy direction for quality, growth, and excellence on the following in order to follow the business ethics and principles that share values with the involvement and management of divine grace:
1. Create organizational structures based on your vision and mission as well as the goals, plans, strategies, and directions for the operations as determined by inspiration or guidance.
2. The organizational structure should not be positional but functional, and the acquisition, distribution, and development of infrastructure and logistics should not be person-based.
3. The functional structure must make sure that employees or individuals become successful, productive, and indispensable.
4. Create and support your knowledge, lessons, notes, and experiences. Then, update it through monitoring, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, assessments, and reviews.
It really was interesting to learn that these requirements must be met in order to adhere to the proper ways for well-defined organizational reorganizing:
1. It is essential to define the procedures for choosing the Core Teams and to develop the greatness in the value structure as well as to fine-tune the leadership and management systems.
2. Every business or entrepreneur seeking to grow in accordance with God’s plan must also specify how it will create personal, family and corporate wealth by:
A. Receiving, Accepting and Recognizing God’s voice
B. Compiling the Scriptural words in your tablet or book
C. Adopting a position of faith, wisdom, strength and discipline
D. Using the Lord’s word in speech, prayer, and confession
E. Setting up the procedures of the rules regulations, systems and frameworks within the mandate of God’s word.
Therefore, every faithful and Christ-like principle within the word of God must be enabled to prevail toward summoning the organization’s much-needed creativity, audacity, evolution, and visibility, with their protocols, instructions, and manuals having been accepted by the board of directors or governors.
And, to understand, appreciate and work with the visioneer of a business, ministry and/family, however, every CEO, Associates, manager, supervisors snd Assistants must be willing to receive the inspiration, training, development, and mentoring—especially amid the organization’s unique cycles of development, growth, stability, restructuring, and expansion.
