*How to reduce and/or avoid emotional Stress* 1. Read your Bible and Pray esp every day at dawn, love God and Man, then be honest and truthful with yourself; 2. Work hard and Sleep well; 3. For the married only, have more sex, at least (3) times weekly esp at dawn after dawn prayers; 4. Eat balanced diet with less fatty oils, then drink a lot of water; 5. Sleep with your neck well adjusted. Then get up slowly and gradually from your bed; 6. Take walks and do not gossip about happenings in the day; 7. Keep a Photo Album, and share nice stories of the day with your spouse and children (if any) and friends as you listen to theirs to; 8. Entertain yourself with beautiful sights and sound esp with family and friends even if you do not have much cash; 10. Do not be angry by heart or be bitter and hurt. Talk with your spouse and counsellors often to seek advice; 11. Communicate freely with brilliant children; 12. Eat more vegetables, lean meat, more fish, and drink coffee intermittently as you exercise regularly, and so on.
