Animals, fish, germs, and other living creatures can all observe, transfer, transform, interpret, and communicate information to us humans via their varied systems and approaches. Leaders, like managers and directors, can perform better by developing their innate talents and graces since, like Greatness, people have the capacity to notice things. In the absence of perception, sound telemetry, echolocation, Bluetoothing, intuition, sensuality, discernment, spiritual eyesight, and other abilities, how can they see, though? Therefore, in this world, using one’s senses and having faith are necessary for better connection to one’s surroundings, destiny, purpose and greatness. Additionally, every system has an order of Creation even if a person is unconscious of the motions and events taking place in their surroundings (1 Cor 14 vs 40, 1 Pet 2 vs 5, 9).
